EXHIBITION BUILDINGS # 1-4 (Main Hall, Dairy, Swine and Beef Barns)
All rentals include restroom access

For Profit Group/Individual rates:
$235 per day, per building. Buildings 1, 2,3/Arena,4. Non-Livestock use
$285 per day, per building. Building 2 or 4. Livestock use
$335 per day for building 3 and Arena Livestock use – pens included

Non-Profit Group/Individual rates:
$185 per day, per building Buildings 1, 2,3/Arena,4 Non-Livestock Use
$235 per day, per building Buildings 2 or 4 Livestock Use
$285 per day for Building 3 & Arena Livestock Use - pens included

COMMUNITY EXHIBITION CENTER
Maximum Capacity – 274 people
All rentals include one hour setup and one hour clean up
All rentals includes white Lifetime 8’ tables and chairs

Small Functions under 50 people
$50 per hour for first 2 hours of rental - 2 hours minimum ($100 minimum)
$40 each additional hour(s) after the first two hours
$25 total fee for Kitchenette Use

Non Profit Organizations
$40 per hour for first 2 hours of rental - 2 hours minimum ($80 minimum)
$30 each additional hour(s) after the first two hours
$25 total fee for Kitchenette Use

Wedding reception, commercial function, trade show or large banquet
(50 or more)
$150 per hour for first 3 hours of rental - 3 hours minimum ($450 minimum)
$150 each additional hour(s) after the first three hours
$50 per hour - 2 hour minimum use of Sound /Audio equipment and set up by Manheim Community Farm Show Technician
$25 total fee or Kitchenette Use
$75 per hour Custodial Service Fee – 2 hour minimum ($150 minimum)

Security Deposit $200 Refundable
The Manheim Community Farm Show will return the security deposit, less any amount retained to compensate the building for any loss, damage or event cleanup within ten (10) business days after the event.
