BUILDINGS # 1-4
All rentals include restrooms

For Profit Group/Individual rates:
$235 per day, per building. Building 1, 2 or 4. Non-Livestock use
$285 per day, per building. Building 2 or 4. Livestock use
$335 per day for Building 3 Livestock use – pens and new Show Arena area included

Non-Profit Group/Individual rates:
$185 per day per building for 1,2, or 4
$235 per day for Building 3 – pens and new Show Arena included

NEW   COMMUNITY EXHIBITION CENTER:                                     Now air conditioned
Maximum Capacity – 274
All rentals include one hour setup and one hour clean up
All rentals includes tables and chairs (set up and take down by renter)
All rentals include restrooms and lawn area around Exhibition Center

Commercial / Meetings/Small Functions under 50 people
$50 per Hour – 2 hour Minimum
$40 each Additional Hour
$25 for Kitchenette Use

Non Profit Organizations
$75 First 2 Hours
$30 each Additional Hour
$25 for Kitchenette Use

Wedding receptions, large banquets and trade shows 50 or more people
$150 per Hour – 3 hour Minimum
$25 per Hour for use of Sound /Audio equipment and Manheim Community Farm Show Technician- 2 hr min
$25 per Hour Custodial Service – 2 hr min

$200 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit. The Manheim Community Farm Show will return the damage deposit, less any amount retained to compensate the building for any loss, within ten (10) business days after the event.
