For Profit Group/Individual rates:
$235 per day, per building. Building 1, 2 or 4. Non-Livestock use
$285 per day, per building. Building 2 or 4. Livestock use
$335 per day for building 3 Livestock use – pens included

Non-Profit Group/Individual rates:
$185 per day per building for 1,2, or 4
$235 per day for building 3 – pens included

Commercial / Meetings/Small Functions under 50 people
$50 per Hour – 2 hour Minimum
$40 each Additional Hour
$25 for Kitchenette Use

Non Profit Organizations
$75 First 2 Hours
$30 each Additional Hour
$25 for Kitchenette Use

Wedding receptions and large banquets (50 or more) and trade shows
$80 per Hour – 3 hour Minimum
$25 per Hour for use of Sound /Audio equipment and Manheim Community Farm Show Technician- 2 hr min
$25 per Hour Custodial Service – 2 hr min

$200 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit. The Manheim Community Farm Show will return the damage deposit, less any amount retained to compensate the building for any loss, within ten (10) business days after the event.
